Most agents spend the majority of their time and resources prospecting for new business, such as, cold calling, door knocking, advertising, direct mail, etc. This is where I spend the least of my time. You see, as long as my clients continue to refer me, I don't have to spend time going out to prospect like everyone else, which means I can do an even better job working for you. This is what has allowed me to become a Centurion Producer year after year and achieve the status of Top 40 agent in Canada for 2013, Top 70 agent in Canada for 2016 and #2 agent by production in Century 21 Leading Edge Realty (Whitby Office). My whole business is based around my past and current clients.
