I would like to write about our recent dealing with Arie Buzilo in the sale of our condo in Scarborough. Prior to our first meeting with Arie he had done his research of the area, market values as well as an inspection of the building. He came prepared to help us with whatever needed to be done in order to get the condo sold. He made a few suggestions on what we needed to do to make the place more presentable. He did a complete photo presentation of the condo and the building and placed the pictures on high traffic websites to drive interest into our property. Once the pictures were done and the site up and running we had an open house which was held within the first week that the condo was available. Because of Arie's care to detail and professionalism our place was sold very soon after its listing. Arie also kept in constant communication with us. We had tried to sell our condo with other realtors but the other realtors never called back, which turned into a blessing since we went on to find Arie. Our real estate lawyer was also very impressed on the professional way Arie had done our paperwork making the transition very smooth. We met Arie in the Spring of 2013 when we were franticly looking for a place to rent in downtown Toronto. My whole business is based around my past and current clients.
